About us

Everen is an energy trading company, which belongs to the EDF Group. It was established as a result of the merger between the Commercial Department of the Rybnik Power Plant S.A. company and the energy trading company EDF-EnBW Polska Sp. z o.o.

Everen is formed by its employees whose experience acquired during their work in the Commercial Department of the Rybnik Power Plant S.A. specializing in wholesale customer services combined with the experience of the employees of EDF-EnBW Polska Sp. z o.o. in trading energy on the end customer market enables us not only to provide full and professional service to all our Customers, but first of all to be a reliable consultant and a competent partner for all of you.

The EDF Group is one of the leading energy concerns in the world. It has a very strong position not only in France but also in Great Britain, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium and since 1993 also in Poland. EDF generates over 3000 MWe and about 5000 MWt in Poland, which equals ca. 10% share in electrical energy generation and ca 20% share in the heat market in Poland. The EDF Group co-operates with Polish energy enterprises as well as end customers in terms of electricity and heat supplies, along with energy and environmental services.
 

Everen – basic information about the company

EVEREN Sp. z o.o. operates based on the concession No. OEE/258/1181/W/1/2/2000/MS granted on 5th July 2000 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office for energy trading all over the country.

It was registered in the National Court Register under the No. 0000093702, the District Court in Gliwice, X Commercial Department of the National Court Register on 24th February 2004.

The share capital of Everen Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 18,681,000.
