Tomasz Górski PRESIDENT of the Management Board	Tomasz Górski (born on 15th February 1963) – Between 1987 and 2009 he was working in the Rybnik Power Plant S.A in various sectors of the organization. Since 1995 while managing the Investment and Development Department he was preparing the Power Plant modernization project. After the privatization of the Rybnik Power Plant S.A by EDF and EnBW since 2003 he has performed his duties as the Strategy and Organization Manager. Since 2008 he has supervised the project of implementation of new trade organization in the companies of the EDF Group in Poland. In December 2009 he was appointed to the Management Board of Everen sp. z o.o. Since July 1st 2011 he has been the President of the Management Board.

Member of the Management Board Stéphane Gautier	Stéphane Gautier (born 1970 in Strasbourg, France) - He graduated in 1993 from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Electricitiens in Grenoble and received the Ph.D. degree in physics from the Université de Paris-Sud, Orsay, France, in 1996. He joined EDF in 1996, first working for the R&D Division. In 2003, he became head of the Automation and Control at EDF R&D. In 2005, he joined the Optimisation and Trading Division of EDF, as a senior engineer for the Risk and Strategy Department. Stéphane Gautier has been working for Everen since 2009 as Director of Development Department. In 2010 he was appointed to the Management Board of Everen sp. z o.o.
